Indian Army Job Notification: Indian Army invited applications for recruitment to Havildar Education in Science and Arts streams in the Army Educational Corps. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format on or before 29 November 2016.

Indian Army Recruitment 2016 for Havildar Posts – Vacancy Details

Vacancies will be released at the end of recruiting process by the concerned Army authorities.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification for Havildar Post:  Candidate should have graduation / post graduation degree from a recognised university along with working knowledge of English or Hindi or both.

Candidates are also required to satisfy the physical standards prescribed by the Army, details of which are given below:

Age Limit for Civilian Candidates: 20-25 years

Age Limit for Serving Combatants on Remusteration: 20-28 years

Selection Process

Candidates will be screened on the basis of physical fitness test. The recruitment procedure will involve written exam, teaching aptitude test and interview and training. 

How to Apply

Interested and eligible candidates are required to send their application in the prescribed format. The recruitment will be carried out through all the Headquarters Recruiting Zones and Independent Recruiting Office (Delhi Cantt).

Applications from civil candidates applying for Havildar Education will only be accepted online. However for application filled strictly as per Pro-forma given in the notification and duly approved by the CO /OC Unit be forwarded by the Unit of the candidate along with the required documents to respective Record Offices who will then forward the same to concerned Headquarter Recruiting Zones or Independent Recruiting Office (Delhi Cantt) nearest to the place of posting of the candidate. Top outer cover of envelope should read “APPLICATION FOR HAVILDAR EDUCATION 2017” inscribed in red ink.

Advance copy of the application along with required documents be forwarded to the concerned Headquarter Recruiting Zones or Independent Recruiting Office, Delhi Cantt (Nearest to the place of posting).
